Kolkata: Telangana Board of Intermediate Education announced on 23rd April, Wednesday the deadlines for fee payment for private candidates seeking exemption from attendance to appear for the intermediate public advanced humanities with arts/humanities combinations in May or June.
TGBIE officials state that the clause allowing science candidates to be excused from attendance was eliminated starting with IPE September 1997. For an exemption to be granted, INR 500 fee is required. If the candidates found are not eligible to appear for IPASE May/June 2025, the cost will not be reimbursed or changed once it has been paid. The last day for payment is April 28.
Applications will be rejected without further notice if they are incomplete or if they are received without the original certificates of qualifying examinations, transfer certificates, migration certificates, or eligibility certificates for candidates who passed qualifying exams other than the Telangana State SSC. Candidates need to submit the online Exemption application properly. All private candidates granted attendance exemption who plan to appear for the 1st or 2nd year in IPE for the first time must answer the papers according to the syllabus prescribed for regular students.
A senior TGBIE officer instructed candidates to apply for attendance exemption online through the website table.cgg.gov.in and to upload scanned copies of the original documents.
